I'm aware of EA's lousy reputation in regards to their servers and just about everything else, but this is ridiculous. It's been two days now and I still can't connect. And this is important because my character has to upload to the keep and won't if I'm not logged in at the time of creation. I can see why this company continues to win the worst company in America award year after year.
