In a previous game, Morrigan come with me to the table war. In today's game, it does not come. Is there any way to make it come?

Now I feel bad that i didn't help.
It's either a bug or you beat the game and once you do that she stops going to the war table I believe( but I could be wrong about that.)

Have you finished the main campaign? If you beat the main quest, she won't show up at the war table.
