Good day guys... ive got a big problem. My fps drops from the moment i start my game.. in game it goes better but then drops heavy again... please guys can anyone assist me in this

Do you mean for cutscenes? There's a 30 fps lock for cutscenes.

No while playing aswell and my pc is over recommended settings it doesn't matter if i set my graphics low or high. When it is in the menu before starting the game i get 2 to 10 fps and when i start the game and play its back to 60fps but then suddenly drops back to 10fps
