To put things in perspective: personally I actually think Sera is kind of an arshole. Funny part? The only way I know of where you can actually learn that is by playing a female elf and romancing her. She also has some bad moments outside of that scenario, but nothing strong. And that oh-so-cruel way she possibly turns the male Inquisitor down? That's tactless and obnoxious, but hardly has anything to do with being an arsehole...

No, not this one rejection, that one where she supposedly cringes (I've seen it on youtube, not nice, could've made me angry at her for about 3 seconds). The one about both liking women was kinda cute, actually, made me smile when I got it (though I was not really hitting on her, I just sometimes picked the flirt option with random companions when it seemed the most appropriate, even for my straight male inquisitor while talking to Cullen or Dorian (the latter felt dangerous! But in DA:I you can't really find yourself in a romance by mistake, I think )

As for being an arsohle where it comes to female elf romance, I mean the talk after Well of Sorrows, where she gives the ultimatum, demanding the Inquisitor to dismiss Temple of Mythal as full of demon lies. That's definitely not cool. Especially since it was her who brought up the topic in the first place. It was not Inquisitor getting preachy or anything - it was Sera who makes fun of the Dalish, then proceeds to insisting that Mythal was a demon and The temple was just built around demons and lies. And then she pretty much threatens the Inquisitor into agreeing with her, taking their relationship hostage.

That counts as being a major arsehole in my book.

dude, sera's nothing. I tried flirting with viv just for kicks and giggles, I knew she wasn't a romance option, but she was all: "pff, with you? that is NEVER going to happen." I gotta say, for just being a game, and knowing before hand, it did actually hurt my feelings a little bit lol! Here I was, all set to have viv be my favorite character and she goes and says that lol. I didn't recruit her second time around XD revenge!

 

I tried flirting with sera, but I think she friend-zoned me because I was too posh for her. Would have appreciated a heads up though, instead she just strings me along tied around her little finger the whole game with promises of "lets adventure around a bit more, see where that takes us!" lol. I got so mad I went and had an affair with cullen. dude, is he easy or what?
