I have recently have made the jump from console to PC gaming, and I was wondering if my progress in multiplayer could be transferred from my Xbox One to the PC, or do I have to start from scratch?
Anyway to transfer progression?

No, none.
Not that it should be too hard IMO, since progress is recorded on the Keep.
