I'll get my MP fix elsewhere....preferably where grinding isn't a requirement.
Let us know when you find something like that.

Titanfall's my current jam. No grinding required and the overall experience is waayyy better than anything ME3 could ever hope to be.
There's also UT4 whenever that gets released. If the upcoming SW Battlefront is anything like it's predecessors then you can bet grinding won't be a concern.

I love titanfall, I would play it a lot more if my current friends online would. But there is grinding, some of those regen requirements, made me want to stop drinking.

Sorry to be the one to call you on this, but that is utter rot. You may dislike EA, for many good reasons, but try to not let it blind you to facts.
The fact is that EA has a long history of keeping servers running for a long time after the next game in the series is released. The Battlefield Bad Company 2 servers are still running, and BF1942 servers were only shut down last summer.
Hence why I said I hoped enough people were still playing it to validate keeping it open.
Or you could just ignore that part of my post and assume that I hate EA by a mild comment... like you did.

The exact prefatory words were "Knowing EA", a phrase only ever used pejoratively in English.

The question is more like "what if it's better?" XD
That's what I kinda worry about. There are other things I'd probably be better off doing.
And if they give the fans more of the same, they get crap reviews from all the game sites for not making something new, so no one buys it anyway.
Possibly not in this case though - the MP component of ME escaped any of the controversy regarding plot development and was received in a pretty universally positive way. Bioware managed to create, at their first attempt, a gaming environment which proved truly addictive to a significant number of players, despite the fact that many aspects were left not quite working as intended. There is a very logical business argument which would require only minor tweaks to the game which would result in those players shelling out all over again. Or to put it a slightly different way, if Bioware don't give us a 'next-gen' Multiplayer game, either as part of ME4 or a standalone game, which could be thought of as 'more of the same, but fixed', they're kinda missing a trick.
while I enjoyed the multiplayer for ME3, I can't stomach another 800hr grind to max everything out again.
This fascinates me, as it shows how different people view what is objectively the same experience. I'm 1600 hours in on my main a/c, but I still need 15 URs. This is down to many things, and while my hatred of the RNG store is no less than anyone else's, I don't feel as if I've grinded (ground?) anything during any of my game hours, apart from maybe that one game I played with the Shuriken.

That only applies if you actually want to regen, like increasing N7. The only requirement that I've actually hated was the 100 wins for gen 8. Holy f*ck, that was annoying! As soon as I hit Gen 8, I kept getting grouped up with gen 1s and a whole slew of other terribad pugs who played like they've never seen a f*cking gun before. All other challenges were pretty fun to do.

Well I would play even more if I was grouped into those lobbies! But I do think after about 10 games it gets really repetative. Match starts kill some people, jump into a titan, kill more people and titans. I think thats why it can not keep up with other FPS. Look at it from just the stand point of how fun and fluent the combat and movement is in that game its an A+. But it needs more variety IMO.

Not true.
"Knowing Marksmad, he'll probably get the 20 headshot medal this game too"
The above could either be stated as a complimentary phrase, or simply based on historical information.

Wait, is there some other language in which 'knowing EA' is used in a NON-pejorative sense?
Also bonus points for use of the word 'pejorative'. Great SAT word!
The SAT is a standardized aptitude test used by a lot of U.S.A. colleges/universities. The test is infamous for its vocabulary section. Or at least it was mumblemumble years ago when I took it.
