You're battling a lost cause, Scerene. They've already decided you're a crazy person, no matter how valid your points may be. The pendulum has swung the other way.
Let's look at what's happened. When the game came out people immediately started trying to tank the metacritic score....when the game had maybe been out for a few hours. Since my first run through took my 73 hours to complete I had to call into question the veracity of these metacritic scores, especially since metacritic posters have been known to tank scores out of spite. Then people on this forum started claiming the game was doing poorly despite Bioware saying differently. That argument went round and round in circles until EA started touting DA:I as Bioware's most successful launch. Thats when claims of an EA conspiracy began. Which is also when those GOTY awards started rolling in and even the gamers choice stuff showed Bioware was doing well. So, despite evidence to the contrary, posters continue to create ways to prove the game is a general failure. Thus I think you can forgive people for being a little tired of seeing the same argument dragged out of the grave, stuffed in a fresh suit and presented as something new.
Too be honest, I don't fear criticism of the game, and generally don't get involved in the feedback section when people voice their opinions on things they'd like to see improved in future games. That's fine and I genuinely believe Bioware is listening even if they do not go in the direction some people want (Torment listened to it's fans and still decided to go in a controversial direction despite the desires of it's fanbase and they have even more reason to listen than most Triple A devs). However, what we have here isn't useful feedback, it's become an argument for the sake of arguing.
Kosh: They are a dying people. We should let them pass.
Cmdr. Jeffrey Sinclair: Who, the "Fanboys" or the "Haters"
Kosh: Yes.
