I suppose one of mine would be the conversation near the start of the game when you reach the Temple of Sacred Ashes.
Cassandra: "This is your chance to end this. Are you ready?"
Inquisitor: "I'll try, but I don't know if I can reach that, much less close it."
OR Inquisitor: "I'm not sure how to even start getting up to that thing."
OR Inquisitor: "I'm assuming you have a plan to get me up there?"
Solas: "No. This rift was the first, and it is the key. Seal it, and perhaps we seal the Breach."
Considering that each response the Inquisitor can give is regarding their ability to reach the rift, Solas' "No" seems like an unnecessary argument, and the rest of his sentence is irrelevant to the Inquisitor's statement.
I don't know why that annoys me, but it just does. Every time I start a new playthrough, I can't help but tut at Solas there.
