Yelling at my screen....yeah, that does happen when....

*...I'm trying to get that shard in Shayna's Valley in the Hinterlands. Damned jumping sequence.

*...I'm trying to get around in the northern part of the Exalted Plains. Bonus yell for not being able to jump up the palisades from within.

*...I'm trying to get out of a house to find a party member blocking the door.

*...Having to walk 359 degrees around a mountain to get a shard one meter away from me (Exalted Plains).

*...Finding half a dozen cave entrances to find that every one of them must be opened from the other side (Forbidden Oasis)

oh and I almost forgot, when playing the exalted plains area and you clear one of the ramparts, you hear orlesian soldiers constantly repeating "tired of waiting around!"

The Orleasian soldiers in the Exalted Plains bug me because it seems like they just have 2 or 3 VAs saying the very same thing over and over and over...you can go 3 steps and hear another NPC say the same thing in the same voice. I'd rather nobody say anything than to hear the same thing so often.

I'm mentioned this several times (and it hasn't been fixed yet!)  but I think the new improved infirmary is a sick joke. Makes me embarrassed to be the IQ, if I don't have any more power than that...to build such a shoddy infirmary and to take such lousy care of the sick and dying.

"Get the f*ck out of my way!" Will usually be said multiple times during my PT.  I have half a mind to just jump into the Mythal hole just to avoid the companions knocking me off the tiles during the temple quest.

I finally started adding mods and now have one to negate falling damage. Good thing because last night, Iron Bull pushed me off the highest of the ladders in the Hissing Wastes...that would have been instant death but I lived! Can't stand how my companions can just push you off cliffs and high places. No sense of personal space at all!

That one Grey Warden cave in Emprise du Lion with holes in the floor. I nearly exhausted my potions in a fight because I couldn't see where the floor ends.

My main gripe is my parties utter incompetence, seriously. And all the bugs, bulkiness lack of info etc but for now it's this.

Me: "Seems like a dwarven tunnel or something .. what do you think it's for"

Varric: "How the **** should I know!?"

Solas: "Estás madre smalls como el queso en la barbilla"

Sera: "Pfft, eleven language sucks!"

(I know he doesn't talk spanish, but can't find the elven translator on google)

Me: "Look darkspawn! Blackwall how many?"

Blackwall: "Huh? oh, iunno"

Then he's the first to go down when fighting them >.<

Shouldn't he have an innate ability to do extra damage against them ... or at least feel how many are around?

Seriously nobody in my party has any sort of insightful or helpful information, at all ever, and the only one that does never shares! .. solas you ass

Most of the time I'm roaming with 1 or 2 people I just feel like having around at the time to keep me company cause that's really all they do.

I've mentioned this in another thread but I always yell at Master of Horse Dennet - it's not a chestnut it's bay!!!   Pant .. pant ..pant ... pant.  All that lore and they mess this up.  I think I need help.  Also nugs have hands, what's all that about?  I find it freaky, frankly.

lol I for one ALWAYS do this to my teammates or random friendlies if any when I get the chance during battle, dunno why it usually makes the battle harder but I indeed like the chuckle.

Companions can be so annoying, blocking doorways, pushing you off things and running around in cut-scenes banging into you whilst you are having a conversation.

Hate jumping around for shards, especially the one in Hinterlands where the fire dragon starts off - grrr.

I'm trying multiquote for the first time and have no idea how it works.

I have horses and I just have to blank anything about horses out since it'd drive me nuts if I looked for things to be realistic.   :)

Solas: I think I sense an artifact of my people (I won't even get into whatever it is he means by "his people").

So then I'm searching high and low for this artifact and he gives me no more help in finding in...no "you're getting cold IQ, you're getting warm". I'd rather he just never say anything at all if he's not going to help me find it.  <_<

Yeah, It's frustrating when he does that, but I'd rather he said something like, "It's about 10 paces to the west" rather than "warmer/colder". The prisoner in Not Everyone is Free makes me rage with her "No, not that way!" I've taken to grabbing the key before I go for the other loot just to shut her up.

Jumping PERIOD. I did NOT buy "Be a Mountain Goat Game." I bought "Dragon Age Inquisition." I see no mountain goat abilities nor any information in the advertising that states you must pretend to be a mountain goat in order to complete this game. I also dislike the puzzles, I bout a combat/RPG game NOT a Puzzle Quest game. If I want to be a mountain goat and solve puzzles, I'll buy those games but, I don't so, I didn't buy them.

All those already mentioned but particularly the faulty hold function and the shards.   I have resolved never to bother with the shards on subsequent playthroughs; I left them out entirely on my 2nd playthrough and it seemed to make no difference to my survival ability that I hadn't visited that temple and got those improved elemental stats.   I never got as far as the final door on 1st playthrough because of the difficulty in retrieving the damn things.

Putting a Halla statue in the rafters of the kitchen and then expecting you to notice it and then recover it when you are on a timer!    I only found out about it because I looked at a listing of them on the forums.

Thinking that the random yellow circle would occasionally yield something interesting, when not identifying something plot related, but to date nothing but bottles of Thedas.   I am not really a collections sort of person so would gladly exchange them for something useful.

My elf Inquisitor humouring Solas by constantly asking him to tell me about the things he has seen in the Fade, at ancient sites, history, etc, and he tells me about barbarian tribes, old Tevinter ruins, a qunari making bread but never the things I'd really be interested in, like the fact that our gods were bastards.   Then after Abelas tells me emphatically that "You are not of my People", yet acknowledges Solas as a kindred spirit, I'm not allowed to question him about it.    Okay so my girl Lavellan is love struck but my guy definitely isn't.

Finally why they gave the male elf pretty much the same body model as the female.   No muscle definition or anything.   Not so bad when you're in armour but in the casual wear around Skyhold it is really noticeable.     It's bad enough the female elf mage looking painfully thin but a male elf rogue or warrior?    Even the ancient elves had a bit of muscle about them; not wonder Abelas was so derisive.

These are my biggest pet peeves about DAI,

-The lack of drag-select for party members

-The lack of click-to-move outside of the badly designed tac cam

-The lack of auto-attack outside of the badly designed tac cam

-Badly designed Tac cam

But my biggest gripe is the realization that in spite of their claims of wanting to address these PC concerns, Bioware probably won't fix them in a future patch.

In my first playthrough, scrambling looking for a way to get to that motherlovin' astrarium on a hill in the Hinterlands. Stupid me taking forever to figure out that there was a path on the other side XD

I also think it's funny when Cassandra goes ballistic over a ram or something and chases it all over Thedas, pausing only to challenge it.

Wait, best thing about Cassandra...attempting to use grapple...on a dragon.

Going inside a house or similar, then turning back and having your posse crowd the doorway.

At one point I seriously considered dismissing Blackwall for good only because he blocked my way so often.

I don't know how many times I cursed at Solas for doing this to me. I love the guy,but yea...

"tired of waiting around to die" is like "I took an arrow to the knee" kind of irritating. Just jump into the fade rift, you big baby, and die already.

Not being able to swim. Getting killed by..."grass" in the Arbor Wilds if I went out of bounds. The stupid wounded at Skyhold without stretchers or anything under them. They are just passed out or dead on the ground and people are, la la la, walking around them. I mean....what? Even when I got the infirmary, they still were there, lying like dead fish.

And that candle stick the OP mentioned. I just shook my head every time I saw it. Like really, no one can pick that damn thing up?

Companions zipping around everywhere. It's freaky. So is the constant running into each other, into walls, on top of things - though that's just annoying. I don't remember DA2's crew being so twitchy.

Every time Vivenne opens her mouth.

The Hold button is broken.

The lack of tactics for companions.

Man baby Lord Seeker.

Maybe it's the PC mouse & keyboard controls or maybe it's user error, but the way my KE inquisitor would sometimes turn around and face the wrong way while trying to hit a monster,to the point she'd start moving out of range. I can't imagine making an actual warrior or DD rogue because of the clunky controls (or the clunker user--who knows).

The fact that the scaffolds are never removed from some areas of Skyhold even when there's maxed influence.

That goes for the broken chandeliers, etc., never tossed out or put into use.

The weird library, dining hall and other places throughout Skyhold that never see use (if they do, I never triggered them).

The way a cut scene would take you away from the area you were in and leave you stuck someplace else--usually the area you just escaped in order to go talk to someone.

The 7,389 giants in Emerald Graves that respawn too quickly and are far too close to the dragon.

That blank wall in Solas' room. Finish the damn murals!

Your companions traipsing into the water in the swamp when you are low level and out of potions. Why, hello 1,032 corpses.

My deluxe edition armor and weapons that are soon eclipsed by what is dropped or can be made in-game. They should scale while the inquisitor gains levels to make them worthwhile.

The fact that nearly everything you craft is an ugly gray or--worse--the colors show through for a companion but not for your inquisitor because the armors just have to look different on each and every person.

No real black hair. The fact that when I chose what I thought was the darkest brown it looks more auburn in light. The horrible eyebrows.

The way everyone walks in cut scenes like they're bow-legged cowboys or hunch-shouldered. Someone needs to teach them posture.

And as others have mentioned, the broken Hold Position.

Oh yeah, that weird slumped walk. Dorian did it once or twice. It's frigging creepy. Like, stand up, dude.

And....

NECK ANIMATION.

Like giraffes in desperate need of a chiropractor.
