This. As long as I can play the game (I'm on my 5th run, with only running into a game breading bug once... And then I just reverted my save and it went smoothly) I don't care about the rest of the bugs. I can live with bugs as long as I have a good story

I personally am somewhere in the middle. While I would like to see some good story DLC, since the game is kinda lacking in the story department, I think for a while BW should focus on fixing the bugs more than to milking the cow with DLCs. While there are many players running the game without major issues, there are also PC players with not so great controls and UI and many old gen console players who oftentimes can't even play the game.

We are not interested in the DLC with how Buggy the game is and how the Dev's have not listened to the real complaints nor fixed the real underlying issues with the last gen consoles.

As a old-gen gamer, I understand exactly what you want to say.

We paid already full-price a game that doesn't work, paying more for a DLC that will pile his own bug over the crappy mess of the poor excuse as a game that is named DAI will only bring blind hatred to the customers waiting still November to be actually able to START THE GAME!

I'm still in my first run, progressing really, really, slowly. Making a new save after every battle, every cutscene, every line of dialogue. Not a good way to enjoy the game but the one and only that Bioware let me...

Agreed. Though I've never really have had any major bugs, definitely not a single game breaking one. I think my biggest problems with DAI has been that one uncollectable mosaic piece and bad hair, random crashing(not very often though) and random lagging(now completely fixed). Beside those, I've been playing the game just fine. Lucky, I guess. So yeah, I'm definitely one of those who are waiting for this DLC and ready to pay for it.

If it turns out to be the Crestwood attack that is the Story bit in the DLC; I will puke. They told us that bit was already in the game 2 days before release.

 

They could get in serious legal-trouble if they did that.

Oh, this would be wonderful. We know that DA:I was made with pc in mind. Such deep care for us, testing on other platform and deliver us bugfree content!

 

 

I wonder, will it be a free DLC? Form of apology for the state of game? No, it probably won't. All it takes is to pretend that everything is fine and there is no need for any kind of compensation.

Well there's your answer then.  The "we" quite obviously includes the many, many, many people who are not so fortunate.  One only needs look briefly at the "EA lack of Answers" site to see the continuous posts coming in about major issues.

 

If those posting snarky "who's we" questions based on their own luck have spent more than 10 seconds on this forum and still don't understand that a bunch of folks are having game-breaking bugs, and really shoddy experiences, and honestly don't know what "we" that post is talking about, then I feel very sorry for them and I hope their reading comprehension improves over time.

I hope not. Why couldn't they release it the same time for PC, as well? I've been waiting to start yet another playthrough but I want to use my already made elf. I don't want to first wait for the DLC and then on top of that wait 30 freaking days more for it to be available. Gosh darnit....

I wish the way we upgrade the items and implement on each character would be bit more user-friendly. I think it's just horrible right now.

I am curious on the eta on this Story DLC is it gonna be a month or 2 a rough estimate would be nice for once we get enough of guessing on the patches and until Patch 5 DAI is essentially unplayable for me.

Oh well until they fix DAI I can tide myself over by conquring China "Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires" and plan my Escape"The Escapists".

What was meant by when it was posted we was meant me and my girlfriend. We live together and share the same console and we like to game together. Like a lot of the same games and also there are games she likes that I don't like and there are games that I like that she doesn't like.

Storage and face-change in a paid DLC? If it is true, it's a serious backtrack...

 

From what I have read, these features will be part of a patch (That is free)  and not a DLC. The Story DLC will not be free tho.

Don't forget the history of the Dragon Age license! In DAO, the chest was in a paid DLC. For now, it is "wait and see" but EAware is seriously eroding the trust we can put to them.

Looks like the ability to edit faces and storage will be part of the upcoming patch. They're beta testing, which makes sense; they gotta make sure there's no bugs in the Black Emporium, after all But it's cool that they're adding the ability to change the color on your armor. No more hideous plaidweave mage armor!

lets hope with the ability to edit our face after the beginning also comes with some more feminine hair style's for those who want a LADY and not a tom boy. I would like my noble to look like a noble maybe some braids or something!
