As title says, I'm level 19 just about to go to 20 and I'm struggling! I've done other play through mostly as rogue archer and been kicking ass. Now I'm a rogue duel wield and stuff if the hissing waste is making me use up my whole potion supply! I am using blackwall, iron bull and viv. I have the superior prowler set on and without checking I can't see what weapons but they are over 200 damage ones. What are good sets to wear or craft because I really don't know what to do with this whole crafting thing. I haven't used Carrick the whole game as I don't understand what I'm doing with bianca, that's how much I suck at it!
level 19/20 and feel weak has to be weapon/armor set?

Hi! I'm level 20 dual wield rogue and fairing well on normal mode.
Are you using the same character, and swapping from archer to dual wield? If so you may need to reassign your abilities at the blacksmith where you craft/modify weapons/potions etc. by getting the tactician's renewal and concentrate on dual wield class.

For Varric, I usually buy his schematics at the merchant in Skyhold. "Bianca Arms" mainly increases weapon damage.

Sounds to me like you're perhaps not playing the DW Rogue optimally as they generally speaking shouldn't take much damage to begin with. They need to be micromanaged, but then they should be stealthed most of the time, primarily focusing on burst damage on squishy enemies. Every time my DW Rogue takes damage I feel like I've done a mistake (out of stealth so an archer can attack, attacking a AoE damaging boss at the wrong time etc.).
Anyway, as you're in Hissing Wastes you're in the correct place for T3 schematics. You'll find the Masterwork Dual Curved Blade schematic in the Burial Ground, not so far away from the starting camp and T3 medium armor schematics at the Canyon Market in the middle of the map. Also lots of other goodies - Superior Ring of Critical Damage/Attack, for example.
