As written in the title, I wonder if % attack bonus (given by the rings, for example) affects "Spiritual Blade" ability or not.

Same question about other bonuses, like armor penetration and flanking damage.

Assuming you mean the Knight Enchanter's "Spirit Blade," yes.

 

Armor penetration is useless, though - magic damage automatically ignores armor
