If you have an iPhone, and are a fan of the Mass Effect franchise you might like this 
Admittedly its not much and im sure someone can do much better but for those who just want to spice up their iPhone a bit this might suffice 
All this is, is a few cosmetic changes and nothing that should be overly complicated.
What you'll need:
An iPhone (I'm using an iPhone 6 with iOS 8.1.2), which is Jailbroken (Required for the tweaks below)
The following Cydia tweaks:
CarrierNM (This allows you to change your carrier name)
Icon Renamer (To Rename any app)

This is easily customizable and you don't need to have it as i set it, you may want to have your iPhone as a Cerberus unit or maybe something else Also, i realize some of the icons break the 'illusion' but at least this is a start!
