I'm from Romania so Romanian is my first language and I also know English and Japanese, with a veeeery slight pinch of French and Italian.

I play the game in English (both subs & VO) since that's kind of the only option available to me. If I had other options, I would probably go with English VO and different language subtitles.

Sadly, I am only really fluent in English. I can usually understand written/spoken French, but not well enough to catch nuances.

I play the games in English with subtitles turned on.

I speak English, Spanish, Japanese, French, Arabic and Urdu. (Pascal, FORTRAN and C++ too if those count LOL) I play in English since the game is originally created in English and, that is usually the best for the vocal an written content. If it were originally in another language that I know, I'd play in that language, the native language of the majority of the developers is always the best language to play a game in. (FYI English is my native tongue so is easiest for me, but I do well enough with the others, especially spoken, writing not so good in Urdu yet, but, I've only been learning that for a year and, Japanese is one heck of a bear to learn to write properly.)

I understand English, German and Hungarian (native).

As we usually don't get Hungarian VO (neither SUB lately), I play in English. (I am a bit sad, as VAs are quite good, if picked carefully. If not, I rather jump out of the window than hear the whole mess they created)

My native language is Croatian.Thankfully through a mix of education and consuming media in English(books, films, video games, the internet) I am able to write/speak English on a fairly competent level.

There is no Croatian language option in DA:I though, and even if there were, I wouldn't use it since I prefer listening to the English language over my own.

Maybe it would be the reverse and people would speak in an American French accent.

My native language is English, and I play the game in English, but it would be interesting to play it in French or Spanish. I speak a little of both.

Usually I always play games/see movies etc. with the original dubbing/subs. My first language is Italian, I played the first two Dragon Age games with the Italian subs. I didn't like the translation they provided for DA:I, so in few day I passed to the English subs. Planning on replaying the DA:O and DA:2 with the original translation in the future (maybe after The Witcher 3).

i am Italian and I play all my games in English (language and subs)

Bella zio!  :D

Portuguese, Spanish, English, French.

I play in English. If I could I'd toggle Orlesian NPCs to speak French exclusively.

I also played AC:Unity in both English and French. I played Watch Dogs in Portuguese for a bit, but it made more sense in English cause Chicago.

The French dub only uses International French everywhere and for everyone, I noticed that in the whole franchise. The French dubs are always done so that people will understand stories, however some things are lost in translations like the accents and the different speech patterns of some characters.

Well, I only know English, but I did learn Indo for like 4 years. Didn't really learn much, since I only remember numbers. And even then, the order is a bit hazy.

Oh! But I do know bits of other languages. E.g. si, nein, oui oui, hablos espanol, etc.

Mostly I know bits of Japanese from watching Japanime (re: anime). E.g. jana, nani, arigatou, ore tachi wa, etc.

So for me it's just English audio, text and subtitles.

My English grades got better only after I started playing AoE2 with En sliders and soundfiles, actually; reading books only came much later.
Been playing with subs ever since that encounter with Sera, however. Say 'what' indeed. :P

It would be hilarious if there's a Chinese or Japanese language pack somewhere -something for a second playthrough.

German, english.

Played DA:O and DA II with the english VO, but switched to german for DA:I. (the player voice-options just fit the character I made up in my mind.)
