I wonder if the response for this is going to be as overwhelming as it was for the DA Keep. I'd expect interest to be high, but not as high as it was for the Keep. When the Keep came out, we hadn't had a new toy in ages. Now, we're all playing DAI (and trying not to make eye contact with the camp requisition officer...), and some people may not want to commit to testing, as they make it sound rather intense.

I will not sign up simply because I won't have time to properly test it. (edit: ah, it's closed already, lol XD)
I just, REALLY hope that the people who are selected are doing it to actually help and develop this thing, and not having a selfish "gimme gimme gimme" attitude, only wanting to play first and not giving a damn about helping >.<

Recently watched an older video from Bioware that stated the pyjamas weren't always supposed to be beige - you were supposed to be able to dye them, too. Hopefully this patch, with its reintroduced tints, will fix that!

We can only wait and see now, there is a DND (Do Not Disclose) for the beta testers so, we won't know what's in the BE patch until it's released. (except beta testers of course.)

For me, it's less about the colors and more about how...insubstantial they look. Feel like I'm strategizing in my longjohns.

Even if you have to wait until after you get the schematic for formal attire, it'd be nice to be able to craft a set of that for the Skyhold outfit and, replace the pajamas. With the tints it would be possible to make it any color you like.

Whoa, you aren't kidding! I signed up only 37 minutes after they began recruiting, so hopefully, it was soon enough, but it looks like they decided to narrow their testing pool by response time rather than RNG. Which makes total sense. They want to get this patch out to *everyone* as soon as possible, so it's logical to close the signups the moment they have enough.
Me, I'm hoping that I get to break in my new library drive by backing up all my game data.

We are under a DND (Do Not Disclose) agreement so, sorry no sneak peaks unless the devs give them. *shrug* I expected that; it would be disappointing if we weren't and, posted about something really good that was broken and couldn't be repaired in time for release. We'll know what went wrong, but there are some that wouldn't understand and, would be angry.

but this?... closed beta sign-ups done (with absolutely no prior info on when exactly it will be available) in, what... an hour or so? rofl, nice tactics indeed. at least there will be more hairstyles in the game, maybe even more lovely microtransactions in MP
