I'll be happy to. So, how wrong would I be if I postulated that an enormous patch (kudos for the DA2 extras) that needs extensive beta-testing is a kind of tacit acknowledgement that this game is not in an ideal state as previously marketed? As some have asserted elsewhere? Would that pull a few heads out of a few sandbanks?
There may be some truth to that, but I don't think it's the whole picture. There are features they may have wanted to put into the game and didn't have the time, features that actually were in the game but had to be taken out at the last minute because of bugs, features they really didn't know would be missed as much, and yes, some blatant marketing exaggeration.
Regardless of the reasons, I very much appreciate we'll get a few features which have been requested, some of which I really missed since the game was published, in addition to a few other cool things I personally never expected. My most important concern apparently won't be addressed (the Skyhold outfit), but you can't always have everything and the CheatEngine script will be adapted to the new version, hopefully.
