At this point, I'm pretty sure that elves are working as intended and they're just weird looking. Probably, whenever a dev logs in to clarify this, they see one of Lord Surinen's posts and need to take a shower.

They can't be. These are clearly broken-glued models. Botched job of an amateur I would say.

Unplayable may mean many things.

I have the right to know about their intent and progress on the bug fixes that render game unplayable. Why? Too much hassle.

You think a court would take this seriously? Really?

Ah....perhaps I won't delve too deeply in the previous pages...just in case ^.^

I don't suppose there are any updates? I know the players currently in the beta can't share much, but it'd be nice to hear how it's all going, in a general sense :)

About TBE? Well, I guess we'll know soon enough, and then some mouths will be shut. Either mine or the conspiranoics' ones.

Bruh, the conspiracy theorists' mouths will never shut.

Nope. Only people freaking out over the lack of information, like usual.

That's a shame  I'd rather Bioware keep quiet and release what they release, rather than make a tentative announcement (in the event that an error messes their schedule up, or software limitations mean something gets pushed back, or what have you).

Oh well. I look forward to seeing how everything turns out (and back I go to the books  :P )

Excuse me, but I don't play mock trials on the internet, not to mention, it takes out initiative.

Now we're talking about lawsuits over a patch NDA?  Seriously?  This has been one very weird week around here, even more so than usual.

I hope this isn't just me, but seems like some members of the BSN decided that they all got bored at once and take LSD when I wasn't looking.  If so, I don't want any because that looks like a bad trip.

Ah old 'if you don't say then you are wrong'. I understand that internet in its wicked ways caused some people to entertain an idea that rationalisation of ill behaviour and apologism in the name of company makes them a hard calculating businessmen who grasp the strings of presidency levels but I personally disagree with the notion. I have mentioned before what I have got, why would I repeat myself if the basic mode here is to ignore and ask again. I understand that certain adoration for EULA's may come from the fact that commentators possibly live in the USA, but law works differently on different continents, not to mention countries. Without going into details, BioWare should at this point tell when the models are getting fixed.

This is a bunch of blather leading up to a flat assertion that Bio should do what you want them to.

Why should Bio do what you want them to? And are you still claiming that this is a legal obligation for them, or is this going to be another one of your points that you hope everyone forgets about?

Well waiting for patches, updates, future DLC's, info's in general and so on gets you pretty bored - alright !?!

I for one am sick and tired of not playing the game that I have waited for so long. I cannot wait until patch 5 arrives. Only, it will have to get a hotfix first ... then get released on consoles ... and then get a hotfix on consoles ... before I can jump on it :( I would estimate ... about end of March, or early April - before I can play again. That will have put 5 and a half month between me and my enjoyment - YEAH :wizard: (I pre-ordered for early access ;)) And it will only be helpful to me - if that patch includes what I need ... :crying:

So the nerves of some people can get "worked up" ... a lot! And I don't mind that, because I think they are only humans. What makes it worse for most is that they are fans who care deeply about this stuff and don't know anything  Can make you do dumb **** - if you ask me.

Apart from that - you are absolutely right and I concur in every possible way - all of these reactions are completely nuts ^_^

Well, if you see my Xbox360 review, you'll see I finished the game in terrible conditions.

A mountain of bugs. I even can't do the companion missions because the fact to talk to them in HQ had a high probability to froze the game. I fall through the ground at Skyhold garden. Each and every skill use at battle has a great chance to backfire. But I finished the game before the patch launch because, for now, each patch bringed more bugs with it.

I already had near-zero banters and almost no music at all, but the next patch may bring the "disc error" issue. Si, I quickly finish the game in horrible condition before Bioware totally break it.

I did finish it also. It took me 110 hours to satisfy my curiousity. I wrote that there will be a minimum of "5 month between me and my enjoyment" because I did not enjoy playing DA:I. I had to force myself through this game for 110 hours! I thought I would enjoy every single minute of it ... before release. I already anticipated that people will misunderstand my writing there but did not think it will be important. But thank you for your comment, nonetheless, Keitaro57 :)

I am waiting for things to get patched in that I hold very dearly and I keep my fingers crossed ... for the unlikely instant that they will get patched in. One of them is "Weapon-Switching". In DA:I - for the first time in my life - I hated the mage class in a RPG (normally I play mages, exclusively) and decided to go with a Rogue for my second playthrough, which I cancelled after 7-10 hours because of the missing weapon switching feature  BioWare has ruined two classes for me in DA:I. And I have not played a single Warrior-based character in my life - and do not mean to ...

I am 100% unable to enjoy this game as a pure RPG or a pure DA-title or something I would buy with a conscious decision ...
So, I am waiting. Or rather try to wait! Because I am dying to play this game :( Even though my brain tells me to move on and forget about the DA-series completely and not to put any hope in BioWare in the future - be it for DA, ME or anything else. My brain tells me "They are gone. Sold out!"

But I am a human being hope dies last! I will watch ... lurk ... wait ...

(And because I payed 70Euros for it - FCOL - Damn it, BioWare!)

I like to keep ideas to myself. It would be quite sad to see some shakedown artist fulfilling them.

It makes it so much stronger when you put 'another, almost like a manipulation. Yes, they should inform us about the progress on the bug fixes.

Any idea of what is to be included in Patch 6? I've followed the links but haven't found a description of what it is going to fix  :)

They haven't said anything yet. Just that they're looking forward for people to apply for patch 6's beta. They will probably announce details soon. I think they're satisfied with the data they've been collecting from the patch 5 testers.
