Warning: Don't read any further if you haven't finished the as this contains possible spoilers.

 

 

So i've finished the main story line now, but am having trouble trying to finish certain side-quests. Once i finished, it seems that I can no longer choose either Solas or Vivienne as companions due to how the game ends. I also don't have Dorian either. This becomes difficult as they are the only mages you can choose to join your companion party and mages are used to "Energize" with certain objects in the world like lighting the green flames or fixing/forming objects to get to certain areas. My character isn't a mage either, so now I have NO mages what so ever.

 

Is there some way to get either one back or get some other mage to follow you? I'm lost in this matter and couldn't find a solution via web search or further game play.

nope, you'll have to load a save to before the final battle. It does warn you that taking the mission will cut some quests off

oh. well, I guess I'm in a bit stuck then as I had overwritten that save. oh well. Thanks anyways.
