The title says it all, really.

I pre-loaded the game the other day, and I was expecting I'd be able to start it with ease.

No such luck, it seems. Instead, I've had the "Preparing to launch..." screen appear for over twenty minutes, with no signs of actually starting. I've yet to even catch a glimpse of the menu. I thought it might be that I need to do the configurations first, so when I tried that, it said there was a problem with the install.

I'd appreciate some help with this problem, since it is quite disgraceful for a game to not be able to start on the day it launches.
