I'm not a regular poster here, but I thought that with how much of Inquisition I've been playing recently I should mention some small and (probably) easily fixed details that bug me before the next patch rolls out.

There seem to be a few bugs and design issues in the game's collection sidequests which block off completionism.  I'm only one person working off his experience and that of a few other players, so I might be missing something, but the ones that jump out immediately for suggestion are:

  1. The Hinterlands final Mosaic Piece ("The Fall").  People figured out the issue here around December (the thing is placed inside the actual walls of the cave instead of nearby), but I guess making it possible to finish an early side quest is low priority on the Bioware bug-fix hierarchy.  There's already a fan patch of this one out there, but not everyone plays on PC and a fix would be highly beneficial.
  2. The Western Approach Mosaic ("Archdemon"):  One of the pieces here, while registering on the quest and thus making it possible to complete, doesn't show up on the wall.  This one's purely visual, but it's so easily noticeable that a lot of people have been complaining about it.  This one was also fan-patched, but I don't think that applies a retroactive way of making the mosaic complete if you already did the quest.
  3. The Garden Upgrade Rewards:  The Plant Garden gives a song for Patron of the Arts while the Chantry Garden gives a Banner Topper.  Thus, the Patron and Banner collections are made mutually exclusive, which is very misleading and frustrating for players.  I've also seen that buying the Garden Song in Val Royeaux doesn't update the quest, which once again makes these two exclusive.  We even know these collections are coded off of item type rather than specifics, so simply adding another banner crown and song to the game in fixed open world positions would work (like was done with the Dwarven Banner to compensate for the Mage-Templar choice).

I can't speak for larger bugs, because my friends and I have been relatively safe in those areas (aside from some understandable clipping and mesh errors which are the unfortunate side effect of fully-animated cutscenes with player equipment).  I just figured I'd post these since Bioware is still working on patches and seems to be really incorporating community feedback into the next one.

Thanks in advance to anyone who looks at these, and to Bioware for keeping with these patches long after other games would be just left in their current state.

Most of these are known and the barriers have at least blocked access to most of the bad ones.

1. is kinda random I've picked up often enough and also not found it on occasion

2. was supposed to be fixed -it may be an inconsistent or random bug

2a hissing wastes at least the wall that doesn't appear for one of the keys -patch 3 fixed that for me to get the dragon and the dungeon

3 patch 4 screwed up the garden/castle quests for me and now DAI simply does not work - waiting for patch 5

One thing that would have been nice to adopt from skyrim was TCl - allowed you to reach things trapped in the barrier system or just fly around if that tripped your trigger.

I have 19 of 21 songs and I have one banner missing. Please if possible BioWare please fix Patron of the Arts and Banner collection in next patch. Thanks BioWare for fixing the Mosaic collection.
