Gogglebox........FFS what has the world come to?
A TV show about people sitting at home watching TV and you are watching these people in their homes as they watch TV....
It's a huge hit in the UK and over here and I only managed the first 5 to 10 minutes of the first episode and had to change channels. It was just too much.
Is it just me? Am I a cranky old person?.........
Or is the world really getting stupider each passing year?

Well over in the UK it's a hit show.
But then again the UK they like things like that, Home & Away, and Neighbours, all the trash shows...
I can't talk though because I had a short addiction to "The Bold & The Beautiful"

Yea but thats ok, reality shows here in the US.are everywhere.which is why i havent actually watched TV in few years.i netflix, but dos that count..yes, well then Hotdog
I originally thought it had comedians and celebrities making fun of television shows... but this is cheap lazy entertainment. The people who enjoy it should be ashamed of themselves. They are the cause of the degradation of the quality television in this day and age.

I find it ridiculous, but I felt the same about most UK TV long before this came around.
Its funny though, that you can just as easily ask the exact same about lets plays. And I still watch those. *shrugs*

Let's plays let you experience a game as a passive activity, rather than actively doing it yourself. So it's not quite the same.
Has anyone watched more then one episode of this show?
What is it actually like? I just want to know what other people think. Am I over reacting?
