I have recently made the switch from console to PC gaming and was wondering if its possible to transfer my progress in the multiplayer over to the PC, or do I have to start from scratch?
Anyway to transfer progression?

Well consoles uses PSN and Xbox Live.
PC uses Origin, so I believe you will have to start from scratch :/
