Maybe they aren't old.
Maybe she changed them every so often, and just got new ones that look exactly the same.

I for one hate the PJs-so much so I installed a MOD. Course not everyone plays on PC.
I have no idea why the developers thought this outfit was a good idea. Its ugly. Furthermore I have no idea why The Inquisitor needs this ghastly outfit to begin with. Why can't we just have what we had in Origins - undergarments.
What bothers me beyond just the ugly of this so-called "outfit" is the fact it shows through your armor. Ugh!
My suggestion would be.
Remove the ugly outfit and go back to undergarments.
Remove the "lock" not allowing players to wear what they want in Skyhold.
Lastly, Add in a clothing merchant IN Skyhold so you can purchase casual outfits if you do not wish to wear armor.

Tell me something, if irl you saw one person wearing same shirt every day would you care does she/he has more same looking shirts, are they clean or whatever or would simply find it "ewww" seeing one same person in same wear every time?
Because the only thing crossing my mind when I see such person is "Does that person has anything else to wear or what!?"

The kid comes up to Morrigan's cleavage!
Was the kid's first word, "Boobies!?!
Speaking of the smell...
I can imagine Flemeth...
