It's still possible to have a relationship with Cassandra in the future? Will display options with heart?

Flirt options stop after the lock in scene, which happened to be this duel where you told Josephine, and half of Orlais, that you were in love with her. It's a thing, and it can't end.

Only at your peril. Leliana threatens the Inquisitor at one point, essetially saying that she will cut off his dangle bag if he messes with Josephine.
