..still get Leliana as divine? Has anyone done this?
I'm trying to accomplish a few things this game, mainly romancing Solas but I am conscripting mages and I am not going to let him kill the apostates in his personal quests. I'm also determined to finally get Leliana as Divine but ....I've heard you need to free the mages.

Yeah it's not very hard and some think it gives you the best ending.
When Leliana disbands the Circles, they remain with the Inquisition and form a new college called the Bright Hand.
To many, this new order represents the best of mages, an example for the rest of Thedas to follow.
You need to be careful with Vivienne and be very pro-Leliana in dialogues about the Divine. Basically as long as you keep Viv's and Cassandra's points low enough you will be fine.
