Are they ever going to finish the Keep? I still can't sync my profiles to 100%. The Legacy BSN had me at 100%, so why can't the Keep? All the data is/was there.  That's how they pulled all of our heroes. All my DLCs are missing, yet I have all the Items from them. How does that make since??    Any ways, I guess no one gave a rats behind about it, then or now.

If you click the dlc you can tell them that it's missing and want it to be checked. (or at least it used to be in there) I dont know what will happen afterwards as the feature was most active before the game released.

Did you play DAO on a console? Because there was no data on Legacy BSN over whether console owners had DLC and therefore there was no data to move over.

Last time they commented regarding missing DLC, they said they were working on it. I'm pretty sure their top priority atm though is adding DAI functionality.

I clicked that for the Bioware Signature Edition rewards (which I have on PC and XBox) the day the Keep released. It STILL says they're "looking into it" for me. c'mon.

Same here, been trying since Keep was in Beta, still cant get credit for my Signature Edition that was on PS3  . Its been driving me mad

Yes indeed   and the pain about it really is, the link says it can help, that they can fix it (it also says the items are available in the Origin store but thats not accurate either), you click the link you come to forums and you do what Im doing now, posting, with no one from BioWare to really talk to about the matter.

 

Now before any one gets the wrong idea, Im not hating on them over this, all new games and applications have issues, this is an annoying one, I honestly feel it will be fixed ... eventually. I LOVE BioWare  , so my rant is really just my OCD in knowing my career tab is .... shall we say, incomplete and out of my control, at the moment

Yeah I've had this same problem with Dragon Age 2. I have all the DLC on the Xbox 360. I forget how to check my Legacy account but I'm pretty sure it listed it all under my content before the switch. Hope they'll get to it sooner or later. Bugs me not showing up on there, even though it has no effect on DA:I.

They still haven't fixed this.     Why can't they just let us check them off, instead of the search for them thing.

TO ANYONE WHO MAY STILL BE HAVING THE SYNC ISSUE !!!! If you go into the Keep now there is a option to "Request Unlock" It fixed the issue for me, FINALLY ALL MY STUFF IS 100%   Im not sure how long that option has been there but its there now, and it fixed it for me, hope it does for anyone else who has been waiting
