Hope is here!

I just got off the phone with customer support, they quickly fixed it up and transferred everything over. I had 2 EA accounts, one with my xbox live account linked. I accidently put the codes into the other account and i suffered the consequences. So i called them up (do not do the support.ea.com/chat because it will disconnect you) and waited for an hour and 15 min (yea i know bummer). They fixed me up quickly and that is why you should be relieved. If you have done what i have done then i suggest waiting a few days (if you can) then calling up. 

to sum up

good news: the problem is fixable

Bad news: It takes at least an hour of holding currently

Overall: EA messed up, but they gave me $15 discount on the EA store to use and i hope it will be more than that.

Ok, I found out what I did wrong or so I thought I did right, I followed the directions on the card, and I forgot that I Had an EA account with an old email from when I made it with Dragon Age, my new email was the same but one number off, so when I redeemed with the new account, now I had both accounts before this, I just didn't use my first account that was linked to my XBOX live id, so I used all of my codes on the other account and that one says I don't have an XBOX account, EA doesn't let multi EA accounts with XBOX live IDs, so now It won't let my switch my XBOX live ID, to my new profile, and all my codes are useless now, I'm still on hold with EA for about 20 mins now, So to fix this problem is either they give me new codes for my first account, or they delete my first account with all my D.A. and link my XB ID with my new account. either way I screwed up but the card should of just told us to redeem the code in the game in the first place.
