I think that those of us with female characters who are using modded eyebrows should stop apologizing for using eyebrows that look like eyebrows.

Oh, why not?  I'll play.  I use eyebrow mods (and any other mods I can get my hands on, heh).  I have a bajillion Inquisitors, most of which I haven't even finished yet, but here are a couple of them:

I don't get what the big deal is about the modded eyebrows. It was a condition of posting in the thread that the Inquisitors be made from the vanilla CC. There is nothing wrong with using mods at all and I am super jelly that I can't use them (you suck, Xbox!) because lord knows the eyebrows that we have available to us are 80% crappy but it is was clarified in the OP. There is no need to apologies for it, at all, but it was one of the rules stated by the OP. So you can post them all you like, they are some quality brows (again, jealous), it just means the OP won't deem them worthy of his judgement which really isn't a big deal, tbh.
