If you like I could give you some pointers that I use no matter what game I play with a CC.
1.) Eye & Ear Level: The eye level is the first thing I figure out, and it's super easy. Take you pointing finger, touch the edge of your outer eye corner then trace a straight line to your ear, that's your eye level. So when you start moving the eye level up or down first keep in mind where your characters ears are at.
2.) Eye Space: The eye space is pretty simple too, you see the trick here is to remember the length between both eyes equal to one eye, so the size of the eyes plays a important role here as it determines whether the eyes are closer or further spread apart.
Everything else from this point on is just trial and error and adjusting things to your own personal taste. I like girls with small facial features, (small pointed noses, small chin, oval shaped heads/faces, small mouth) and medium but full lips. Olive skin tones are my favorite on females, I also tend to favor the sexy eyes, sometimes called bedroom eyes, this applies to the eyelash style, as well as the eye angle.
Good things to consider. There was just something about yours that somehow came out looking excellent. I play on PS4 so the graphics may be slightly different than some of these presented images. I tried copying other elves in the past (even from this thread) and while they looked alright in the creation menu and accurately mimicked the images they looked pretty bad in-game. Yours was the exception. A great contrast from the others. The face has so much "life" to it compared to the human faces I've seen. Like you said, the bedroom eyes, mouth, and also I think the face shape just worked for an elf really well.
Note: I find it interesting how few longer hairstyles there are for females in this game. Short hair works very well for your elf design, but I would have liked far more options for longer hair in general. Yet for whatever reasons there's a vast amount of different buzz-cuts for a female.
