Yes she has huge eyes,small nose and mouth but as OP stated this is "Alien Inquisitor in cute way" not creepy way.She would be creepy if Makorthawat put intense makeup on her now then she would be creepy but this way she is too cute just like little doll.

Yaaaaaaaaay sharing time! Tried to make my Lavellan look as much like me as possible (to get an idea, I'm Vietnamese-French-Chinese) but she's so much cuter >w< This is Jun Lavellan wearing Mythal's vallaslin.
Also unrelated to my Lavellan but this is my Hawke because I made her look different from my DA2 Hawke and I LOVE HERRR LOOK SO MUCH MOOOOORE!!! 
So here's Dhreya Trev. She's a mage, hated being in the Circle as a kid but as she got older just became jaded about it all, and overall she's cranky.
I tried to make her look like she was in her mid 30s with a resting B face. I don't think her B face is strong enough. I do like her slightly angular, androgynous leaning look though.
I was going to go full on goth/dark with her makeup but decided to just give her some dark lips and leave everything else pretty neutral minus a very minute amount of blush and eyeshadow.
I have a new one. Sylwen Lavellan.
She has creepy teeth though. They sometimes creep their way through the corners of her lips. So cheeky.

Might be just me, but female elves in this game have very narrow shoulders. Bah, maybe it's just the picture.
Nah from what I see.Most mods that do exist are usually cosmetics,retextures of something,eyebrow mods,hair mods,armor mods,weapon mods,cheat mods and lots of shared saves...none focusing on correcting body models yet at least as far as I know.
