I was in Hinterlands.. I teleported to the lake campsite.. Looted all the Blood Lotus nearby, then called my horse.. I was near the edge of a cliff.. As i got on the horse, the camera spun around, to as if it were hanging off the cliff, and i started walking away.. The camera did NOT follow.. My character just walked in a straight line on his horse, and no commands would accept.. So i teleported back to camp, as it was the 1st thing i tried.. My character went to camp, but the camera is still in he position, stuck!

I took a screenshot, and if i figure out how to post it, ill do so..Unfortunately, i didnt take it until the teleport to camp after being stuck, so you wont be able to see how far away my character got before i ported..

So, i relog, continue, and the game CTD!  I reboot, again, and delete the recent save, and go bak a save, and its all fine.. I try not to replicate the problem.. Head to Haven, goto war room, and BAM! My entire computer shuts down.. Anothe warroom problem.. Ofcourse, i forgot to manually fix the games instabilities with the fps lock.. Its amazing the length we must go through, just to get the game "playable", and i use the term loosely!

I don't see how a FPS lock on cutscenes would close down your pc.   If anything, it would guarantee better performance cus it'd be less to process.

I have no definitive proof that it does.. I just wanted to point out, that i hadnt used it at this point.. The game caps at 30fps in cutscenes, and will jump from single digits, to that cap.. In the loading screens, it can spike as high as 200fps, even wqith the lock activated... Its just a mess, everywhere!

the wartable, is where ive had this problem of it completely shutting down my pc maybe half a dozen times now.. Ive had many Directx crashes throughout my games, and CTD without any error message.. I dont have this issue in any of the other games i play, so im inclined to believe its a problem with Inquisition itself(The only other time ive had my pc shut down, was in a heavily modded skyrim).. Its quite a wide spread issue.. Even those who sing DA:I praises acknowledge it can happen.. Some are mroe forgiving than others.. While i could overlook occasional instabilities, there are far too many technical issues for me to be forgiving.. Ofcourse, im also carrying a bias from the state games have been being released for the last decade or so.. Seeing quality  take a back seat, and sometimes not even being remedied at later dates.. In 30yrs of gaming, i can honestly say, tech has gotten better, while integrity has sank below sub-par!
