I recently got to sit through Hawke going off about how the evil of mages that turn to blood magic, how they all will if you back them into a corner, and basically spouting Meredith-level vitriol toward the specialization.
This would all be well and good if not for the fact that this Hawke is a blood mage. I know my world state imported properly, but since you don't ever set his or her specialization in the Keep, there's nothing to keep this conversation from happening. To be honest if I weren't already more than 100 hours into the game this might be a dealbreaker--why in the world would a Hawke who specializes in blood magic talk this way? Did the developers forget the fact that Hawke could be a blood mage? Is this the only dialogue option for this part of the game, or is this a bug?
It's bad enough that I met Hawke before the voice bug was fixed, meaning I couldn't modify his appearance without losing my Inquisitor's voice, not to mention the fact that someone thought it was a good idea to change the tattoo designs we've had for the last two games and thereby make it impossible to properly recreate a custom Hawke if they had tattoos. Making my Hawke into an anti-maleficar zealot is absolutely infuriating.
