Pretty sure my Inquisitor would be willing to say GLHF once things were settled down and see if he can bribe his romanced Iron Bull with sex to let him join the Chargers.

My Mage Lavellan
1: Get her clan to come to Skyhold (no more dealing with craziness in the Free Marches)
2: Continue to promote relations between the races
3: Clear up some of the inconsistencies in Elven mythology by funding research into the Elven ruins she's uncovered... and have everyone on the lookout for a certain bald elf who owes her an explanation that he promised

With Leliana as Divine, I think Viv will just go back to Orlais and become the Grand Enchanter there. The rest of my companions will go their own ways. My Inquisitor would travel Thedas with Cassandra, then maybe settle down somewhere as an Arl (my mage seriously deserves it). Get married to Cass, maybe a kid or two. But always busy with adventure, since I don't see either of them being the "stay in the house and look noble" sort.
And maybe save the world once more...again.

My Adaar, left the Inquisition to Cullen and the Conscripted Templars, gathered his old mercenary company, along with the Chargers, and his love, Iron Bull and headed off to fix Seheron once and for all, even if that meant conquering both Tevinter and Qunadar, after building a new army of course.

1. Ryal, human DW assassin- first her and Cullen are due a vacation. A LONG vacation filled with nothing but sex, chess, and sex. Cass will keep things in line at Skyhold until they return. Once they return, she's getting into a lot of research. Cullen is concerned about the long term effects of the anchor on her and she's concerned about the long term effects of Cullen going off lyrium so she has lots of research to start doing. They plan to marry so they have to make sure they'll both be around long enough to have a happy life together. She'll find time to hone her assassin skills in between all of that.
2. Kamaria, Qunari KE- she's a merc and she got a really sweet tool added to her arsenal. She would take some time doing some work with her company. When Sera's not mad at her for helping nobles with her merc company, she'll help the Jennies.
3. Alcina, dwarf champion- once things get back in line, she's kissing the Inq goodbye. She wants to get back to what she considers the finer things in life (drinking, fighting, killing, and making money). She's climbing atop her Iron Bull and setting off for merc life with the Chargers. How their dynamic will change since she'll no longer have the pressures of the Inq on her anymore will be interesting.
Cenise and Liam are still early on in the Inquisition so who knows what their after plans will be yet.

Darel Lavellan: she is in a mission to find her elven apostate, killing shemlen idiotic enought to mistreat elves while she is around. Maybe killing some Venatori here and there for the happiness of Bull and Dorian, and destroing red lyrium for Varric. She will probably try to find more aciente elves like Abelas and ask them to join the Inquisition.
her clan is dead, but not a great loss for her.
Zula Adaar: she is travelling around with the Charges, still head of the Inquistion, when she is not hunting dragons with Bull.
Amrod Lavellan: He's studing the temple of Mythal and the Eluvians, while "helping" (reading poetry and...erasing stress in bed) Cassandra rebulding the Seekers. And tryng to stay alive and out of reach from Vivienne. When he is not doing those two things, he teach legend and histry to the young elves in Skyhold (now almost more populated by elves than human)
His clan is alive, but Amrod has found a better home in the Inquisition.

Mage Gelsey Trevelyan went to seal the remaining rifts in Thedas and disbanded the Inquisition as the mission was already achieved. After that, she went to visit her parents in Ostwick with Cullen. Although her parents were not very happy that their precious daughter was falling in love with a commoner at first, they eventually accepted that after seeing the relationship was serious. Cullen's family was surprised at Gelsey and Cullen's arrival. Clearly Cullen didn't write to them beforehand. Gelsey and Cullen got marry later with the blessing from Leliana the Divine. They created history as they were the first mage/(ex)templar couple that was acknowledged by the Chantry in Southern Thedas. Gelsey refused the invitation of teaching in the academy since she knew Cullen would not settle down for a relatively quiet life. So she and Cullen decided to travel around Thedas, helping any poor souls on the way. This was an exciting experience for them both since not long ago they were stuck in the Circle.
Templar Jeremiah Trevelyan also went to seal the remaining rifts in Thedas then disbanded the Inquisition. He betrothed Josephine with the approval from both the Trevelyan family and the Montilyet family. With the reform of the Seekers and Templars by Divine Cassandra at work, the order was purified. Seeing this as an opportunity, Jeremiah joined the order. Following Cullen’s footsteps, many Templars including Jeremiah got rid of lyrium and start working on protecting people. Josephine successfully resurrected her family. She stationed her business mainly in Val Royeaux so that she could stay close to her love. Jeremiah would leave the city now and then to go on a mission. But every time he came back, he would buy her some special presents, especially cute hats and clothes. He loved to see Josephine putting those hats and clothes on the set of dolls she treasured for years while humming happily. He would lean on the wall and watch her play, smiling.
