Krogan: Wravaj and Wryott.  If I were to deploy any more, they'd follow the same pattern.

Asari: Athena, Samisia, Atalanta.

Turians: Aquila and Corvus.  The Cabal vanguard is called Medea.

Geth: TP-32768, IP-32768 and EP-32768 (for "trooper platform", "infiltrator platform" and "engineer platform".  Headcanon: they're all the same geth AI running on different hardware).

AIU: Galatea.

A friend of mine named one of his characters Dr. Whipshits...

 

...and another named one of his characters Barty the Batarian.

 

Some of mine include "Quorra," for the Asari Adept (complete with Tron outfit); "The Dark Lady," for that incendiary reegar weilding ******; and "Gooballs" as the Collector Adept (in honor of a friend of mine).

 

I also have a Turian named Horus and a Quarian named Vas B. All of my geth are named "Geth."

One of my Asari was named Krorrrora.  Sadly, he's retired now and doesn't show up in my character selection screen anymore.  At least, not under the same name.

 

My QME is named MarksMad.  No matter what button you press, he always fiddles with his omnitool (if you know what I mean).  I think he must work for Customs, because he's always screaming "Deported!".  Who knows?  You know those crazy Quarian accents.

 

My Asari Vanguard is named NuggerJuggs.  I think my disc must be bad or she's glitched.  She's very clumsy for a Vanguard.  She's always dropping things and picking them up with straightened knees, and it always takes like 5 seconds for her to pick stuff up.  She always peers behind herself just before straightening up and looks disappointed, like she was expecting something but didn't get it.  5 seconds doesn't sound like a lot, but when you're trying to Vanguard, it's ages.  Plus, that's about how long it took, combined, to create both my kids.  I guess I should change my name to Faster than Faster than FTL.

 

My Drell Vanguard is named Derbeer, and the voice actor gave him an Italian accent for some reason.  Everytime I pass a window, or anything else with a reflective surface, he always stops and poses, either admiring his off color crotchpad (why do they have those anyway?) or lifting up his trenchcoat and admires his alternating cheek flexes.  It's pretty entertaining.  When he admires his crotchpad, he says, "Siha.  Siha.  Si...deez. nutz!"  Whatever that means.  No wonder they're going extinct.

 

My Krogan Worlard's name is Smackie.  Instead of a hammer, it's a gigantic syringe.  He always disappears halfway through the first wave, and I almost never see him again.  I saw him in the background on Condor once, running around naked, makin with a mako.  Maybe that's how they make the air vents in the first place.  I'd hate to be inside when that happens.  Here comes the lipstick!

Years ago when I worked in a mail room I wrote down many of the names I saw on the letters, for future use in RPGs or in case I ever got around to writing a sci-fi or fantasy epic.  I use those, while still trying to remain lore-friendly.

On my main account my characters are named after The Ramones (birth and stage names, obviously), people named in Ramones songs, people who worked with the Ramones, people associated in any way, shape or form with the Ramones.  So there's kind of a Ramones theme.

 

On other accounts they're all called Bob.  Every one.  Blackadder aficionados will understand why that's ok for the girls too.

I use names from the SP trilogy. All my kits have a unique name coming from a character of the same race we meet in ME1, 2 or 3. Alas this didn't bring me enough inspiration for geth so they're all named Legion.

My awakened collector is named A.Colli, probably my favorite of all.

 

A good no. of my characters are named after the way I play - my drellguard is named Tornado, kroguard is named heavyduty, destroyer is named T5-V turret etc.

 

The rest get names with random references to a variety of topics (HSol is named blaziken) and others get very obvious names (TSab is named Saboteur, etc.)
