See, i could accept that, if i didnt pay close attention.. Im the person who DOES enjoy reading texts, codex entries, notes, journals, etc.. Im sure to send the "right" person out on mission.. Im on a 2nd play now, and am sending different ones (when i can directly recall who)... Otherwise, i pick what i think would have been "wrong".. But therein lies a problem.. Some of them have no right, or wrong, but getting a tiny piece of trash, makes it feel as though, it was just that!
@b10d1v: I totally agree.. Ive been of this opinion myself from the release.. I expect when i buy a game, that it was handled "professionally", and with care.. The same care i put in every, single plastics fabrication job i do, in my machine shop.. No mater if its the same job ive done 5000pcs of, for almost 18yrs now! I take PRIDE in my work, and even though im taking mroe time doing it, than i quoted the job, my customers come back because they know my work IS quality...Details, and happy customers, make your company...
Yeah - quality makes your company...but often quality gets put on the back burner, if money seems to be rolling in without assuring quality (which often happens if a company has already made a name for itself...same for innovation: Most big companies (particularly in gaming!) seem to think innovation is too risky (!) that's why most innovative designs (and a lot of crappy ones, too if it does not work out) come from smaller companies or even indy-developers!)...I say DA:I should have received 2 years more development time and secondly the full team from DA:O without EA constantly nagging them about deadlines -.- as it is, I am very disappointed in Bioware, particularly after ME3 (particularly DA:I's ending...come on that's almost as bad as the ME3 one -.- and while the later pissed me off, the former just makes me want to cry!) was a total bust (hell, what's with all the linearity in RPGs now...deciding which way to go should be part of the fun - amongst a lot of other things => I should really write down a list of things I dislike about current Bioware games -.-)
greetings LAX
ps: I hope they start seeing diminishing returns soon, like less pre-orders for the next game -.- because otherwise they will keep doing what they are doing, while patting themselves on the back for "a job well done" *puke*!
