Hey, I ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition on Gamestop's website and did not receive a code for the cerberus network.
Anyone know why this may be? I got my cdkey but no cerberus key...

lol i got my cerberus card in the standard version of me2, but i preordered it so i should get a terminus card also (since i bought it from gamestop). however, i did not and it pisses me the f*** off... i still cant connect to the cerberus network anyways! it keeps giving me a timeout error.

yeah i bought it online, and all they send me is a link to download and a key for the GAME. Not the Cerberus network...

oh wait you bought it online? check the email account that you ordered the game with. They say on the site that once the game releases, they will send your email a cerberus key if im correct. AND TELL ME (if you get your cerberus key) IF YOU CAN CONNECT TO THE CERBERUS NETWORK. keeps giving me the timeout error even though they said it was fixed 2 hours ago...
P.S. i found out that the normandy crash site is the DLC that has my armor and wep. lol i just found out by going to the promotions page instead of the promo code page.

Yeah I bought it today AFTER release, but no cerberus key, no weapon/armory key, etc which were all advertised with it....just the gamekey

I bought a copy from the EA store and there was no confirmation email or receipt. I was able to download the game from the EA download manager but no cerberus network key either.

I got mine from EA store too and your keys are noted in your EA Store account.

is there a way to get the preorder code or to buy the items for ingame usage somehow by any possible means? I'm really hating not having the Singularity Projector not getting to be used when im playing on insanity mode. and no, i didn't buy it online, i bought ME2 from walmart, 50$ retail. but i would still like to find out how to buy or gain the ingame weapons and stuff from the colectors edition. anyone help please?
