i have all 3 codes for the downloaded content like the dragon armore, the terminus gear and the normandy crash site but it wount show me the zaeed download any one els know whats going on

Same issue here. I entered the cerberus terminal access code online for the 360 and I havent been able to download Zaeed either.

I had the same experience. I though the Dragon Armor download was from Dragon Age Origins. Zaeed did not show up and the code that I used is only good for "one-time". Any idea on how to get the products promised in the offer?

Same here, though I am unsure whether Zaeed is supposed to be free, or what he even is or anything. Either way, I think it should appear at least for purchase. Perhaps its triggered by an in game event and it looks for a save that has hit that event that allows ut o download, as not to spoil anything? Who knows.

Saw a response in another forum from one of the developers. The message they left indicated that all you need to do is to enter the redemption code and, then, restart your game for the content to be available. I tried this, but it still did not work.



It is hard to believe how badly they have dropped the ball on this, everyone is trying to download Zaeed and no one seems to be able to do so. Hope the game is better than the customer service.

Just so you know, if you go to EA help and search Mass Effect 2 on the XBOX 360 and enter Cerberus Redemption Code, you get "No Results Found". From there it apepars impossible to leave a message. More superior customer service.

I got my Blood armour when I loaded the game. Hope Zaeed comes soon. Everyone seems to be having trouble with all of thier codes. I had none! Good luck with all of yours,

Terminus armor download wont show up. I don't see why they couldn't just make it like every other game and use the "redeem code" section on the damn dashboard.

A final follow-up. Found the email box, filled it out, described the problem in detail and clicked the submit button. I was provided with this message - Question submission failed. Improper initiation, Use the Back Button to refresh your page and correct. Of course, we all know the result of the refresh, the same page over and over and over. Ah, EA, how can you be this bad?

According to the "Known Issues" sticky at the top of this forum, Zaeed will be available by mid-day tomorrow.

We were told here in this forum that the Zaeed download was not ready to be put up on launch day, but to expect it over the next few days... I'm hoping to get confirmation on tomorrow or Thursday, which is what they've been indicating... so no, it shouldn't show up just yet.

You youngsters are just realizing how bad EA really is huh!? They're like a virus and they screw up everything they ever touch so get used to it or just don't buy their games. That unfortunately sucks since most of the actual good games have already been branded with the dreaded "EA" logo.
