Are you talking about the alternate armor from ME2 she has if you do her loyalty mission? If so, I think Jean-Luc has you covered.

No, I think he's talking about Miranda's Cerberus-armor from the second ME2's Alternative Appearance Pack: http://masseffect.wi...e_Pack_2#Pack_2
With regards to OP's question, I'm actually working on a mod myself that gives Miranda her Cerberus alt-armor for the "Priority: Horizon" mission - here's a few screenshots of my current WIP, still needs some work before it's done (like correcting the bone-weights on her hands/fingers):

I admit seeing her in that would be much better than her default suit from ME2. Also it would be much better to have her loyalty suit from ME2 appear in all ME3 scenes optionally, especially if you've done her loyalty mission in past and that black costume would fit her better due being on the run from Cerberus. She'd stand out less that way imo.

That's not possible - character mesh textures are not (nor can they be) dependent on plot bools/ints or Conditionals, so it's impossible to have Miranda's uniform textures be dependent on whether or not the player completed her loyalty mission in ME2.
If you want to see Miranda use her Loyalty uniform textures in ME3, you're going to have to use a texmod that replaces her white textures with her black LM textures.

Well, there is the squadmenu that uses integers to determine what outfit your team is using at any given time.
For example in ME2 you have bool conditionals that waits for you to complete their loyalty mission which then unlocks that outfit. Also I can mod the game and make it use the loyalty outfits from the very start of ME2 before having done any loyalty missions. All I have to change is a bool and integer. It also works for DLC outfits.
Nearly everything in software is dependent upon conditionals. Someone just has to make it.
Audio, meshes, textures, etc.. all can be changed with conditionals. Think about switching Mordin / Padok. That's a lot of changes waiting to happen in ME3 and all of it comes down to the one variable that says Mordin died / lived in ME2.

That is entirely differently when it comes to meshes/textures in ME3's pcc files.
The Mordin/Padok example is not a valid comparison because those two characters have different meshes/textures (in addition to their audio dialogue, scenes with Shepard/other characters, etc) that can be swapped out through the game's Conditionals - that is not applicable when it comes to wanting to swap out Miranda's uniform and her LM uniform textures because:
A. Her loyalty textures do not exist in-game in ME3
B. For character meshes, textures are stored directly in the pcc with the mesh that requires it
C. To my knowledge, a mesh can only have ONE texture & material set applied to it
D. Adding new brand meshes/textures to a pcc file is a very hard and finicky thing to accomplish (requires data cloning and a BUNCH of Hex editing in the pcc file and it still doesn't always work)

Yes it is. The entire point is that Bioware could have added both outfits and made them switch with a conditional.
On the other hand, if you meant that it would be hard for modders to add. Then yes, that is a lot more difficult to do.
