I have the book, I have the essence, I have the lazurite. I crafted the blade hilt. I did not receive it. now the quest won't complete. I talk to the trainer and she says shes waiting on me to bring her the hilt. Nothing seems to be working and I do not have the hilt in the requisition table anymore.
