I just noticed a new puzzle in the Fade section of Here Lies the Abyss.  It's in area 12 of the Prima strategy guide walkthrough.  The dreamer fear is in the guide (it's the one where you place the stuffed animal in the bed), but not the puzzle.

 

The puzzle itself looks like a low dresser with a tall, empty mirror frame above it.  There are 6 buttons to activate and flames to light.  I've managed to get 4 burners uncovered and 2 flames lit, and I'm pretty sure it should be done in pairs and I've already messed it up, but I'm not good at these puzzles.  

 

Anyone else run across this puzzle and have a solution?

You need to light up all lights as a sequence.

...I had no idea that was even there. I'll have to check it out next time I pass by the Fade!

Just as an FYI the solution changed for me across playthroughs.  Just in case you try what you see here and it doesn't work.  It's not you I believe it is intended to be random.
