well, the crazy ideas are flowing today....  Based on Carmageddon.

 

 

BW, please add a game mode (or minigame) to DAMP where all four players spawn as Druffalo and rampage through the streets of Thedas, mowing down enemies in their path.  First Drufallo to make 50 kills, and cross the finish line wins.  Said Druffalo would be able to head butt each other like Krogans (optional tactic).

 

 

Abilities:

 

Charging Druffalo - many of us know exactly what this is...  (@HeroicMass = catnip)

 

Horn Shotty - Druffalo does a back flip, shooting 22 horns like a shotgun.  21 are blocked (of course) but one makes it through for burst damage.

 

Roll Over - Druffalo can side attack by rolling over enemy/ies three times.

 

Druff Pucky - Druffalo can drop pucky, which are like sticky traps.  Enemies cannot move for 5 secs, allowing a crafty Druffalo to line em up for the perfect hit.

Edit1: care of HeroicMass, here's an optional upgrade for the Charging Druffalo ability called Druffalocoaster: it would be the upgraded ability for charging druffalo that would increase the amount of damage and speed of your charge as you pile up the bodies attached to your forehead.

 

Edit2: Thinking since there is a decent variety, we could choose from multiple charaters: Bear, Bronto, Druffalo, Giant Poisonous Spider, Fereldan Frostback, Halla, Mabari, Nug, Ram, Varghest, Wolf - many possible choices here, all with Charging Bull + unique character abilites.

Absolutely!

 

 

Additional Ability:

 

Rumpy Bumpy - Druffalo stop and give each other a good sniff astern.  Should said Druffalo feel appropriately in-scented, mounting (Rumpy Bumpy) may occur.  Barry White's greatest hits plays on queue.  Candles appear from the Fade.  Rose petals magically drop from the Fade.

 

Note: May require various animations due to various sexual gender and desires of said Druffalo.  This could take some time folks.

Note about map: Due to some areas being a bit marshy, they behave like trampolines.  Druffalo can jump on one of these for a 50% speed boost for 8secs; if Druffalo lands on enemy it is a critical hit, causing AoE damage as well.

I get more ticked off that the golden nug gets away in matches than the team wiping.

I suspect its the Druffalo and not the genophage that's making the Krogan extinct. I recommend a passive that allows Druffalo to drop caltrops when receiving damage

2op. Let's not go overboard. I'm all for a bit of variety, though. How about stealth? Would allow for druffalassassin. Plays exactly the same as a normal druffalo, except that it starts charging from in stealth at the back of a group of mobs. Uses Twin Horns for additional flanking damage.
