Cause I am, whatever I say I am. If I wasn't, then why would I say I am? In the paper, the news everyday I am....

Radio won't even play my jam. :(

Thats like if I went to China and tried to put on a Cantonese accent, it'd be ridiculous

I no longer wish to be referred to a "person" or "human" and am offended that society says I am not whatever I say I am. Everybody should feel guilty of being part of a human centric society. Also I expect to be addressed as "your excellency" else you are oppressing me.

Okay but you need to create a phobia to accuse any and all critics of having.

Pfft its Autobotophobia.

Whats whith the SJW need to lable everything?

the LGBT comunity has become a joke now whith the freekin Alphabet soup bregade.

Giving something a name starts to legitimize it, and then giving it more detailed names and sub names starts to allow exploration of it as a concept.

There can be 'believing in no gods', but atheism turns that into 'lack of belief in a god' and then allows greater organization of those who think the same thing on gods, perhaps over time helping them grow into a demographic force.

I think you see where I'm getting at here. What was more oriented about sexual orientation, something considered deviant but at least unavoidable (even the Victorian era had stuff like homosexuality as an open secret as long as you fulfilled family 'obligations', etc), is now being used by *some* people to justify pretty much any mental inclination.

As for me, I say go for it - IN THE ENVIRONMENT AND WORLD AND TECHNOLOGY LEVEL AND SUPPORTS YOUR INCLINATION. No, we're not going to give a crap about your dragonkin-ness until you can actually be a dragon. No, you're not a dragon. No. Stop it. Playing Charazard in Super Smash Bros. doesn't count.

Charalanahzard doesn't actually think she's a pokémon, making her awesome.

Though when she one day gets married to whomever the lucky guy is, that man better get her a ring with a mega stone on it so she can become Mega Charalanahzard.

That'd be cool.

There's more of a physiological (brain chemistry/hormones) explanation for people that are actually transgendered. Unfortunately, we also have the delusional crowd jumping onto the bandwagon as well corrupting the issue.

There's a difference between gender roles and biological sex. In most cases, transgendered people have the brain chemistry of the opposite sex. Which is explained by being exposed to different chemicals/hormones while in the womb.

I hope you saw my other post. Yes, I agree with all you're saying here.

Though I do think all of our thoughts essentially stem from our physiology (our mental platform and its condition). More as a sidenote, I do predict (though we'll see) that we'll see more and more tampering with gender and sex (I recognize the difference) over time, especially if gene therapy and certain other technologies proliferate this century. I meant with my first post that I think that we may, maybe, might have a future where both transsex and transgender is laughed at. Not because it is wrong or literally a joke, but because generations may not even remember what it is. This Brave New World of the future may terrify so many people living today, and I can see many here considering it the Tumblr Heaven (though remember, they're the religious ones praying for Heaven that isn't here), but I dunno if it would be a better or worse world for it. I like to be hopeful anyway.

Basically, I wasn't trying to be against transgenderism. I have had no issue with it, but was speaking more about societies' standards and possible future mainstream culture.

Look. This is a world where Yu Gi Oh Duel Disks and 'holographic' battles may be possible through a visor this decade, and actual Duel Arenas may be possible in the 2020s or 2030s. Anything can happen. Even becoming a Dragonite. lol

Still sounds australian to me with only a few ebonics. Not defending the woman because her music is clearly hot trash but this was just someone who was influenced by the culture. If you are into hip hop or have been following it, chances are you will speak in a slang.

Why is it okay when,

Eminem,RA the rugged man, paul wall and other white people talk like this though? I think people have a bigger problem with her music being hot trash and making money off it. If this person was raised in the culture, is it really appropriation? This is hip hop culture not "black" culture.

Not necessarily.

"Fixing the issue" with gene therapy is unlikely as there would be no evidence of being transgender prior to adolescence. Unless they somehow manage to develop some sort of body morphing technology, but even if they did it would be far to expensive for anyone that isn't excessively rich. We'll likely end up in the Deus Ex world before any advancements for transgendered people are made.

I am ultimately speaking of anything up to body morphing technology (more or less), or even beyond that. And by generations, I may mean centuries from now. I have no timeline, but only the belief that scientific advancement may address so many things we consider unworkable or impossible today, though the pace of advancement may be fast, moderate, slow, or in reverse (we better not have another effing dark age).

Tech that starts for the rich inevitably, even if in a cruder and more modular/portable/mass produced form, may reach the lower class level easily. Again, I'm not even necessarily talking about the next few decades (when a Deux Ex world seems more and more possible, though I don't view it all as probable, especially the nihilistic tone of much of it), but centuries.

In the meantime, I just want to be a polite person, and I'll typically use the gendered words that the person wants me to, as long as they can have patience for mistakes if/when they happen, and if I use the wrong one for them and carry on, if isn't meant as a slight (just as I don't begrudge others for certain attitudes or comments about gays if it seems truly like they're lost and ignorant, or making a certain flub that I can correct them on after, or speaking from a 'basic facts' perspective but can quickly shift gears into wider knowledge and possibilities ('gays can't have children with only each other and I think that matters' doesn't need to = 'gays are horrible monsters that ruin families'), etc).

So a bunch of white folk sent death threats to a white person, cause she did something they assume only black people should do?

*sigh* Ladies and Gentlemen and Gentleladies and Menndies and everything else in between. I present to you the proud face/fate of the SJW movement.

Horseshoe theory. The extreme left actually do a fantastic job of mirroring the far right they claim to despise so much.

Like conservative religious zealots, they try to censor opposing viewpoints, whether it's using blockbots on twitter, disabling comments on their videos or actively flagging down other peoples videos. What they mean by "safe space" with no "undsirables" is they want to exist in a bubble where everybody thinks like them, and they are never exposed to new thoughts or people who disagree with them. The last time someone like that was given too much power they ended up killing millions of Jews.

Does it really matter where you are born if you are immersed in the culture though? A culture that you are constantly surrounded by? same argument could be even made by Africans. My country 's urban politics are not highly influenced by hip hop culture. In fact it is looked down upon, why aren't Africans also accused for appropriation of this hip hop culture? Should it really matter if someone constantly consumed this art? I also still don't know what "black" culture is

The problem is Iggy comes from a place (not physically, but mentally) that wasn't immersed in the culture. Apparently she has some Pop single out in the wild somewhere before she thought about mimicking the Southern drawl of someone from the South and trying to make it in this business. Business being the important word here. This doesn't seem like something she's invested in because she was immersed in it and loves it. There's money in the music she puts out. She carries herself like a popstar, not a Hip-Hop artist. I'm not mad at it but her inauthenticity is apparent. Has nothing to do with her race. I wonder if anyone is stupid enough to look at what she does as transethnic. Whatever that means. As far as I can tell, she's just fake. "First thing's first, I'm the realest" these nu- nevermind.

So what? communists or nazis, both are extremists. Avoiding the true meaning of my comment by finding faults. That's so 2013! *claps anyway* lol
