I like when he tells my Shepard that she likes battle, and the response is a smirk. Plus, he has the best line in the entire series for me.

 

Haha! I like this human! She understands!

 

I love his reaction to Grunt saying his job is terrible, after he talks about the trials and the tasks he has to go through to attune himself to violence.

 

"Indeed."

 

That he takes it as a compliment always makes me laugh.

I forgot to mention Rupert Gardner. He was awesome. He kept my femshep fed.  Too bad he couldn't be back on the Normandy in ME3. My femshep really misses his calamari gumbo

For me the most impressive were Morinth, Kirrahe, Urdnot Dagg and Matriarch Aethyta.

Wow, so, so many. One of the best things about Mass Effect!

 

Major Kirrahe is the boss man, if you ask me. The only "Stay Calm and Carry On" meme I will tolerate is "Stay Calm and Hold the Line"

 

 

I also love Admiral Hackett, because he makes me think Mass Effect is more like a Bond Film than a Sci-Fi, and I love it. 

 

I like Kolyat too. Understated, flawed, but a good person who takes after his dad, who is a legend. 

 

Primarch Victus deserves a mention, because his (admittedly very short) monologue in front of Pavalen was one of the most iconic scenes in ME3 to me. 

 

Also, Erinya, because using Paragon to convince her that there is too much hatred in the universe to tolerate more touched me on a primal level, and always reminds me of my favourite Carl Sagan quote: "For small creatures such as we the vastness is bearable only through love."

Does Vigil count? In my headcanon, Shepard gets Vigil instead of EDI. Together with Javik, they make up team Prothean.

 

I always considered Vigil a main character because the juxtaposition with Sovereign is just incredible. I'm glad to know there's some people out there who appreciate the glitchy little VI.

If Shiala walks into the room in the next Mass Effect, I will probably jump out of my seat and say, yes!!!

Who cares if she is green? I think she looks better that way. She needs to return.





She is one of the few characters mentioned in the first three games, and is one of the few people who overcame indoctrination. And she is one of the few characters who actually like you without having to choose the flirt options first.

It is a shame Shiala has determinant status. If not for that fact it might be interesting to have her as a squadmate in ME:Next, assuming the game is set during or not long after the Reaper War.

I'm going to have to say Corporal Toombs from Mass Effect. Not only did he survive what sole survivor Shep went through, he was also captured by Cerberus, experimented on AND then escaped that to murder every last scientist involved.
