Heya peeps.
Ok so I'm trying to get this schematic specifically as it will finish off the attack+ stacking I've got on my staff.
The problem I'm having is that I've been traveling to and from Emprise for ages now and it just isn't appearing in the merchant.
I have bought 3 other masterwork schematics from him, but I'm wondering if it is certain that it is only available from there rather than being farmable?
Is my luck just that bad? 
Edit: I've found it, it's not available from the Emprise merchant I got it from chest farming... Well on PS4 anyway.
