Dear Bioware,

I got some really big problem. I redeem my code for the ceberus network, the inferno armo and the collector stuff, but I got nothing in the game. I tried many times to link my gamertag to my account but the system said : Already in use. Same when I use the the ceberus code in the game menu, it said : Code Already In Use !

Please, help me out !!!! I tried to contact EA on telephone like 4 times (mostly 1h wait) to get a stupid phone drop, same with the chat. Did I mention I am paying for long distance call cause I am not even in U.S.
