Also I have a question for you guys, its been on my mind for a while but I was too shy to ask. But is it ok for guys to use emoticons? I always thought they were for women only but there have been a few times when I really wanted to use them but didnt because I dont know if thats some sort of breach in etiquette, or if they were masculine enough.

And Fergie's married to Josh Duhamel.

Generally, no, don't use them. There are exceptions though*. Men use way fewer exclamation points than women, even fewer commas. It's not a breach of etiquette or anything though.
