Absolutely.
Personally, my favorite game was "be so ridiculous/charismatic on mic chatter (that only the devs can hear, sadly... or, maybe, fortunately) that you get Billy to crack up on camera". I at least interrupted two livestream moments with him cackling at the voice(s) in his head during Undying, which he had to explain on camera was due to the Voice of DragonRacer. Mwa-hahahaha!!! 
Quoting "Archer" and/or making wildly inappropriate commentary when Luka says, "C'mhere, I wanna show ya something!" tend to do that.
