I don't know how it is as I haven't used it but according to the mod description it's unvoiced on the Inquisitor's part and has a lot of hilarious animation (edit: I guess it's like Ashley Williams kissing FemShep's nose in the ME3 romance mod due to the height difference between male and female Shepard)
Recently used the link. Nexus mods Dragon age inquisition says the file cannot be found.
The mod creator deleted both the mod and her tumblr due to harassment over creating the mod, someone likened her to a rapist.
