I put in the code at dragonage.bioware.com/redeem and itsaid that it was accepted.
However, the armor never appeared in the downloadable content area, so it obviously has not installed either.  The other three items including Stone Prisoner seem to have worked fine.
So...what am I supposed to do now?  I will happily supply the code that came with the game.
If I try to go to the redeem site now it is like the code is invalid or doesn't exist.
Help?

Oh and by the way the blood dragon armor DOES show up under my redeemed promotions in my account on the website, but like I said it is not there when I look at the DLC menu in the actual game.

If so, the code worked fine - it is possible it is a server delay (there's a lot of demand for the DLC at the moment).



Also, try hitting the little circle/spinning icon that updates your wallet/points balance. Or return to the main menu, and then re-enter the Downloadable Content option off the main menu. Either of those will attempt a retry of the game to look for new content, and may help kick-start the download for you.

Yep it does show up there. I originally tried to redeem the code around noon on the 3rd so it seems odd that it doesn't show up under available content. I wonder if I did something wrong?

It didn't showed up under available content for me. However its there in the installed content.

Its a small file and apparently starts it's download when the game menu loads. Check installed content.

Well...I just realized I was not logged in in the game, so now everything is fine. So now I'm like ----> DUHHHHHH!!!!!!
But anyway it's still strange that it didn't show up the first time.

I put the code in and and it said (code not reconized please check that you have entered it correctly) i used the shift key to cap the letters and put the dashes in ex:(XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)

and i made sure im loged in to the game and when that did not work i tryed to to just type it in with no caps and same thing . And this was after i had already got (THE FURY SHALE) and it down loaded fine

Omore - was this for PC? And you're entering the codes here on social? (please ensure you are using dlc codes in the redeem code screen, and game cd key codes in the game registration screen)

it is for the PC and its was on the redeem code screen. I used the link in the game to get to my account. like i stated that i already got the fury shale and it downloaded fine then i went back that same way and tryed to get the dragon armor and the code did not work

i did go to the http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php and it shows that i have the fury of shale a box with a x in it and the lucky ring after the box with a check in it does . is that where my dragon armor is to be at ?

I have a similar error here with my DAO on PC - I have entered the codes for the Blood Dragon armor and Shale - but they haven't appeared anywhere yet! Not on the "available content" page, not on the "download progress" page and certainly not on the Installed content page! And yet the page http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php clearly shows that I have both Shale and the blood Dragon armor (as well as other items)! Server dely or what?

I am having a similar issue. I try and enter the blood dragon armor key and it tells me that it is invalid. I have installed other add-ons and have even purchased the warden's den dlc, but no bda. It only shows band of fire, memory band, grey warden base, shale, and collector's edition under my profile.

HAHA, isn't this how it always works. I gripe about it on here not working over an hour's worth of trying and it just took it finally. Did someone flip the switch or something?!?!?

 I installed my armor, then accidentally deleted it from my addins folder. How can i download it again?

i entered the code here but for some reason it wont appear in my ps3 downloadable content list or anything i even linked the two parts and it wont show... it is accepted on the site but for some reason it wont appear ingame

for me as well, it appears on the site but not in game. Its not in the installed or downloadable or never came up in the download progress even.

Does this have someting to do with the fact that my achievements are updating fine, but it still says my characters are both level 2 on the site, when infact one is at 7.


***It just updated my character info now to see if it updated my in game content.
