I apologize if this was already questioned but I searched the forums for it.
I just finished replaying both games, and have 4 or so saves with the same hero name, but the portraits are blue symbol things instead of their faces...I'm not sure which one to pick because of this, and is there a reason why their face portraits didnt cross over to the keep? thanks

Choose any of them (or a default character) as the only only thing that selecting a custom character gets you is your portrait, and that is only used within the Keep and not within the game.

 

No idea on why your portrait didn't import properly.
